Midpoint Interior & Exterior is a Dhaka studio that designs, fabricates and installs — from a duplex home's civil shell to its last curtain rail — for private homes, offices and government institutions.
Our Story
Built on one idea: don't hand the client off.
Midpoint was registered as Mid Point, a VAT and BIN-holding supplier (BIN 004814061‑0202), in mid‑2022, out of an office at 148‑North Goran, Khilgaon, Dhaka. The business started where most interior contractors do — supplying and fitting furniture. What made it grow into "Midpoint Interior and Exterior — Legend Choice" was a decision to stop handing clients between separate designers, fabricators and site crews, and instead keep civil work, design, fabrication and furniture under one accountable team.
That decision was tested quickly. In 2023, Midpoint won and completed a government furniture procurement contract for the Department of Agricultural Extension's Year-Round Fruit Production project in Khamarbari, Farmgate — supplying and installing office furniture to 100% physical and financial completion, on the contractor's legal title "Mid Point." Government work runs on paperwork as much as craftsmanship: certificates, completion memos, and a Procuring Entity that signs off only when the job actually matches the tender. That contract is still the clearest proof of how the studio operates.
Today the same studio designs classic and modern residential interiors, modular kitchens, office and royal-style furniture, glass and aluminum fabrication, and full exterior and landscape work — run by proprietor Md. Nuruzzaman Hossain and a crew that stays on a project from the first site visit to the final snag list.

The designer who draws the plan and the crew who builds it report to the same studio — not a subcontractor chain that dilutes accountability.
Government-grade paperwork
Every institutional job is run with the same documentation discipline as a public tender — completion certificates, VAT registration, and a Procuring Entity sign-off standard applied even on private jobs.
Craft over shortcuts
Hand-finished cornices, carved furniture and fitted glasswork instead of stamped, mass-produced substitutes — the standard the "classic interior" work is built on.

Government furniture contract, completed to 100%
Supplied and installed office furniture for the Department of Agricultural Extension's Year-Round Fruit Production project, Khamarbari — ৳18,76,546 contract value, signed off at 100% physical and financial completion.
Expansion into a full design-and-build studio
Civil construction, 3D design and drawing, glass and aluminum fabrication, and full interior and exterior design now run alongside the original furniture supply business.
