What's included.
Civil construction is the first commitment on any duplex build — get the structure wrong and every later trade inherits the problem. Midpoint runs this phase with its own crew rather than a subcontractor, so the same team that pours the foundation is accountable for the handover.
Foundation and structural framing sized to the approved plan.
Full brickwork, plastering and civil finishing to lock-up stage.
Coordination with the Design & Drawing team so services are routed before walls close.
Site supervision through to structural handover, ready for interior fit-out.
