A spider stair is as much a structural fabrication job as it is a design feature — the steel frame has to be engineered before the finish is even discussed. Midpoint handles both ends of that under one quote.
Structural steel frame engineered to the stair opening and floor-to-floor height.
Choice of tread material — timber, stone or glass — to match the interior style.
Handrail and baluster detailing in steel, brass or glass.
On-site fabrication and installation, coordinated with the civil handover date.
